I aim to connect with children and their families to help guide them through challenges, assist in their growth, and better understand themselves. I strive to provide a compassionate and safe space to support clients in processing emotions and building capacity for coping and growth. I value the therapeutic relationship and the powerful change that can occur through that trust. I use a strengths-based and individualized approach for each client and family, with a focus on play therapy.
