Fees and Payment Information
At Amy Brown Counseling, we are dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services. Understanding the investment in your mental health is important, we strive to make our services as transparent and straightforward as possible.
- Session Fees: Each therapy session is priced at $125 for a 50-60 minute session.
- Payment Options: For your convenience, we accept various forms of payment including Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. Session fees are charged on the day of the session.
- Insurance Reimbursement: While we do not directly bill insurance companies, we are committed to assisting you in seeking reimbursement from your insurance provider:
- Superbill Assistance: Upon request, your therapist will prepare and send you a monthly Superbill. This detailed statement contains all the necessary information for you to submit a reimbursement claim to your insurance company.
- Checking Your Coverage: Insurance policies vary, and not all offer reimbursement for out-of-network services. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to verify if session fee reimbursement is available under your plan.
